Very pleased with my purchase, this is an extremely well made piece of kit and dead easy to use. The on-board tools are easy to fix and use also. Suction is powerful yet the cleaner is quite quiet, the dust collection canister is also very easy to empty and can be held inside a bin so any dust clouds are kept to an absolute minimum. The only issue I have is the power chord could do with being a bit longer.

Why we bought it: Dyson have a good name and everyone who we know who as got one said they were really happy with it. What we like most about it: It's suction power and cleaning ability, The tools that come with it are very useful especially the tools that fits as an extra that you can use for furniture and stair carpets etc. What we dislike about it: Nothing Would we buy the product again: We have done as a secondary to leave upstairs.
I wanted a vacuum cleaner with lots of power. The Dyson DC14 Upright Vacuum Cleaner has powerful suction and has got grime and rubbish in my carpet. On the downside the cleaner is a but heavy to handle but it's capabilities for sucking up rubbish more than outweigh any disadvantages in manoeuvrability. Highly recommend the product
We bought this item to replace one previously purchased on Ebay. It is a very good machine, a little noisy and quite heavy but it does not take any prisoners when it comes to cleaning. It is easy to empty and the tools are excellent.
