We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted by us.

You have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to our address below.
 
If it is more convenient we can arrange collection by our couriers, any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund. We will refund you the full amount paid for the good less any costs to collect the goods, within 30 days of receipt of notice of cancellation.

    Used mostly for bbq

    A little bit more flimsy than I had hoped for the price. The gaps on the bbq grate are massive, so you will require some additional cooking surface (and old grill grid worked for me. The size is good and it will be a lovely addition when we used it for heating purposed and a focal/talking point on the (stone) patio. The rain cover is to tight so there is a bit of damage on that already.

    Complete waste of time, effort and money

    Well the only good thing is that the company were incredibly quick in wanting to rectify the matter, initially insulting me with a compensatory offer, I believe when they looked at the supporting picture evidence along with my description, they started yo take matters far more seriously. It was a great shame as I have used the company before and they were faultless However this had vital pieces missing so it could not be assembled, legs and supports were badly damaged. (A complete shambles) with the help of a friend we got bits straightened out, holes lined up correctly, legs level and had to buy the fixing nuts and bolts that should of been included. However it was all sorted amicably and at a swift pace, the item has since been used and was most welcomed on a very chilly evening.

    When the sun comes out I'll try it

    I can't really comment on the performance of this firepit as it hasn't been used yet. But I have put it together, which wasn't trivial. Trying to use an Alann key when there's no leverage room is awkward - ordinary bolts with screwdriver slots would have been better. And the sides don't fit very well - the instructions say put it all together and then adjust everything until it all fits - not very helpful. Hopefully the expansion of hot metal will keep it together. Still, it looks good, and I'm sure it'll be fine when we come to use it. Until then I won't know.

    This is a lovely fire pit, my only gripe is that in the picture the frame looked dark grey, hence why we bought it, was disappointed when it came and was black.
