As a huge fan of fondues of all kinds, I have been on a quest to find a fuel that will get oil hot enough for meat fondue. This fits the bill. It is also virtually odor-free when it burns, which is a bonus at the dinner table. One thing to be aware of, however, is that because it burns hot, it also burns fast. Where a smaller can of Sterno will last up to 4 hours, this large can really does burn up in 2.5 hours. Granted, you can regulate the flame with the lid of the burner that comes with fondue setups, so depending on your needs, it can be stretched a little longer. The price of the case is far below what you'll pay per can, making it an excellent value for people who use a lot of the product.
