I saw the ad for on of these online and I know I need to stretch more. I have been having lower back issues and I started working with the MISIG and my back has been feeling MUCH better. I also rotated my mattress the same day I started stretching with this device but one or both of these issues has really helped my back out in a big way. I stretch with this everyday now and now my golf has to get better and it will be a smashing success!!!

The two pieces (the slider and stick) are always falling apart - If you are 6' 3" or over like I am they come apart on the backswing if not careful. Stick needs to be 3+ inches longer and should have a cap on it to stop the slider section from coming off. I also thing there is too much flex in the tube. The Bands are too long (ever the orange one) for someone VERY short like my wife. She almost starts at her full stretch The instructions that come with these are SO Bad (TERRIBLE) - and mention the wrong color bands You have to go to the web to find videos of how to use it and they are poorly done or vague on how to properly use this item. Just someone using it. That's it look at the video and use it. This may be a good idea but in my opinion is poorly implemented. I always hate seeing bad reviews, so it urged me to finally fill one of these things out. As a guy that is blessed enough to golf for a living and compete in the World Long Drive annually, this bad boy is a game changer. Stretching is extremely important to have full range and prevent injury. -While I don't stretch excessively right before a competition, I noticed a difference almost immediately after using the MISIG. I am 6'3" and weigh 230, but kids I teach lessons to love it as well. (The inventor also sent modified straps for my kids, and really listens to his customers.) Can't say enough about the folks at feelthestretch dot com for creating this unique and helpful product!

After using one time I noticed pain in my back the next day. The resistance is pretty high. After 3 days I couldn't hardly lift my arm it hurt so much. It's in the trash as both my husband and I agree, not for us. Too much resistance.
