I have been looking for "The Little Drummer Boy Book II" for a long time. We love Rankin and Bass for "Rudolph, The Red-Nosed Reindeer", "Frosty the Snowman", and "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" to name a few. These 4 stories are the same when it comes to entertaining and provoking family conversation. And, as usual, the artwork is just beautiful. I highly recommend the Rankin and Bass TV Holiday Favorites Collection for both young and the young at heart.

Growing up I watched all the Rankin/Bass movies and I'm glad I could add this to my collection there's nothing wrong with this collection what is good about it is the stories you have four First the little drummer boy book two follows where the first movie left off Second is the stingiest man in town it an animated version of Christmas carol Third is Pinocchio's Christmas and last is the leprechaun's Christmas gold If your a Rankin/Bass fan you should pick this up

I've always loved the Rankin-Bass Christmas specials, from "Rudolph the Red-Nosed ... I've always loved the Rankin-Bass Christmas specials, from "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" to "The Life & Adventures of Santa Claus". Even with their lesser-known stories, such as "The Stingiest Man In Town", the studio never ceases to amaze me with what they pulled off for Christmas stories each year. I personally recommend this collection for anybody who likes to dive into the realm of obscurity for their entertainment.
