I used this switch for a SOHO setup. I needed the PoE to interconnect an old Cisco wireless access point network. In the future I will be connecting some cameras as well. This unit has been great and provides a 1gb connection for fast speeds on my network. The only down fall so far has been the GUI. sometimes it does not load. I have tried various browsers and no change. It freezes after login and I am not sure why.
