    compact design

    The fitting screw into the hydro boost correctly. The high pressure banjo fitting width puts the O ring right on the edge of the distribution block, where you can see a part of the grove over the block edge where the seal fits. We increased the width of the distribution block to provide a sealing surface. The O rings are almost even with the surface of the Banjo, so we don't know if the compression of the rings will be sufficient for a proper seal. We will use thinker O rings if necessary. We are going forward with using them in the build. We are most happy with the compactness we get with these fittings as we have a very tight area.

    Banjo bolt machined wrong .. fittings do not look like they will seal to hold the pressures of power steering
