A cinematic masterpiece. Hauntingly beautiful story, involving love and loss, and plenty of good old fashioned karma to set things right. Brandon Lee was made for this role and his tragic accidental on-set shooting death renders the film even more poignant. Ethereally tantalizing, wonderfully spun tale , complete with an accompanying and absolutely kick ass, made for film soundtrack to boot. It’s hard to hear any of these tunes and not go back to the film with all of its rich imagery coursing through your mind as you listen. This is definitely a movie to suit those of us who ponder meaning, and for whom a walk on the dark side is nothing other than mere second nature. Of course, Brandon Lee was also very “easy on the eyes” which doesn’t hurt either.
