Great book, very large book with current info - first quarter of nursing
This is a very large book. It is very helpful and has pretty recent information in the book. The book was in great condition and we have used it primarily for our first quarter of nursing.

chapters are short for the most part, breaks things down. may need med/surg book to complete some assignments in your class. example:this book has nothing on hyper/hypo glycemia but has everything about blood pressure and heartrate and other vitals.
