I am 6'1", and 225 lbs, the hole size of this pillow is way too tight for my neck, if the pillow is fully inflated. If you a big guy like me, you will need to get a larger one which likely cost you twice as much. Or you can make do with this one by deflating the pillow half-way so that the pillow could be fitted in your neck. All in all, this pillow is good for the money.

I was hoping to use this when I'm sitting in the car and wanted to lean forward when I was sitting in the middle seat. In order for this cushion to work I have to keep my legs together so the pillow won't fall down. That's not comfortable since my legs naturally want to separate. I'm 5'11" and when I lean forward into the pillow it's quite short so I'm not relaxed how the picture shows.i have to really lean forward to lay bit that hurts my back. If the pillow was taller that would be nice. Or if I was way shorter it would work also.

It is not that you'r going to sleep so comfortable but it is much better than a backpack or your bag, It is easy to inflate and deflate, allows you to put your arms and head in a place that does not bother your mates, especially in planes with little space between seats. I definitely prefer to travel with this pillow to any others.

This inflatable pillow saved my neck (literally) on my last trip. It wasn't a very long flight (5 hrs) but I wanted to sleep and this was just what I needed. The only downside is that once you deflate it IT WILL NEVER FIT BACK ON THE LITTLE POUCH. You literally have to fold it best you can and throw it inside a backpack... it does take a considerable amount of space.

As a narcoleptic falling asleep at inconvenient times is very uncomfortable most the time but this little thing makes it a little bit more comfortable. It’s compact enough to carry around to most places. It’s comfortable and convenient. Sometimes blowing it up is annoying but releasing the air and putting it away is very easy. It’s a good buy in my opinion.
