Works as it should. I already owned a 4 tooth freewheel remover, but was for 3/8" axles, I needed this one for the use with 14mm axles on BMX bikes. Might be why some people are giving bad reviews on this tool, because they are using it on single speed hubs with a smaller axle, or no axle (if its a quick release) and the tool wont stay on. You need to use the right tool for the job people, come-on. If it helps others, you can use this tool on smaller (or no) axles, Just get you a big washer and thread the axle nut on to hold the tool, or reinstall your quick release tool to help hold the tool on.

This is my first time using this old school tool. Works great. Remember to hold the tool to the freewheel using the axle nut. For removing really old and stuck freewheels you might need a pet gorilla. The tool can take the force!
