The phone is great, it is new as stated. It comes with a charger but no battery so that is kind of a bummer. I am using the battery from my old phone. My old phone was the Gravity T. These phones basically share the same brain, meaning the layout of everything is the same, just in a different shell and the screen on the Gravity Q is a real touch screen. The Gravity T has a pressure sensitive screen which you have to push on the screen. On the Q you just tap the screen like any other smartphone. I am happy with this purchase, shipping was fast!

Worked for about 4 hours after turning it on for the first time, then suddenly lost the ability to find the t-mobile network. I had used it to text a coworker a few times before this. I've factory reset the phone and gotten a new sim card, but the thing refuses to actually connect. I have no idea what could have caused this as ive been in the same building the whole time. At the moment its still a cool collectible, but i would have loved to actually use it. All i have at the moment is a device that is telling me the the 'network search failed.'
