Complete garbage...OLD new Stock defective right out the box...even when I got it to run a cycle after battling with loose bulb and too much light errors...didn't really do anything close to sterilize shoes... very little impact at all.... USELESS

SteriShoe products are JUNK!!! Currently waiting for my 3rd replacement unit in 2 months. There are much cheaper UV shoe sterilizers on the market, and they couldn't be any worse, so go with one of them.
