Dean Zelinsky`s has communicated well with Michael Schenker on wiring the pickups ("Lights out"),- they sound loud with no squeaking or unnecessary feedback when you play the punchy notes. The switching between the pickups and the separate volume controls makes a fine balance for a guitarist s who play songs between clean-chrunch-turbo,- love the pickups! The tone control is also nice, it works subtly and smooth with no harsh overtones. Great guitar! I plugged into a Blackstar HT5 and did some clean picking, sounds nice and tight, warm but sparkling. Turn on some overdrive and it really starts getting those Schenker tones. When I put on some heavy gain and saturation and flipped on the neck pickup, it was like playing Schenkers own guitar...The tones are still blowing me away. .Buy This Guitar...You Will Not Be Disappointed!! It is truly a beast 👾- One of a kind looks and sound..Pickups sound fantastic, no need to change anything.
