I ordered a set of blades from mower parts warehouse. When ups delivered the package, it was empty. I contacted the seller and told him I didn’t receive my blades that the box was empty. He brushed it off multiple times and said there’s nothing he can do. I filed a claim with ups as well and never heard a word. I asked the seller for a refund or a set of blades and he refused. I’ll never use this seller again. As a small business owner, this is not how you treat customers. Pathetic. $40 gone.
