I have not yet printed anything on this, because I have to fix the threaded rods, they have metal burrs on them marking them as very low quality. The instructions can be found on youtube, as the instructions on the provided disk are wrong, and incomplete. It's not for people looking to 3D print right out of the box, and I'd not recommend it if you are not very patient. Just remember, if you need tutorials of this search "Reprap Prusa i3 clone" as this is not the same as the product name, different motherboard and parts. Overall I'd recommend this to someone with a fair bit of free time, patience, and sanity, as this will chew through all three. Best of luck if you undertake this challenge!

This kit is a great start to the 3d printing world. It comes with everything you need to start printing but you will need to spend some time ironing out the kinks. I studied everything I could find on this printer and was able to get really good results after a couple days of playing with it. This isn't really a beginners kit but if you have time and patience you should be fine.

FYI, the frame of this printer is made out of wood. This is not mentioned in the description. Metal framed i3 Prusa printers are significantly ($100+) more expensive. Printer was fairly easy to setup. Instructions are poorly written and you'll need to scour the internet for instructions on how to complete the setup. Wiring directions are contradictory but you can find accurate directions online. Be prepared for lots of tinkering and troubleshooting. Great if you have lots of free time on your hands.

This is a decent kit, it works well after some setup and adjustment. The directions are atrocious, you have to figure most of it out on your own. The control board is one number off from the directions and the second Z axis stepper is not even mentioned. Very pleased with this printer after I got it working. message me if you have issues with the wiring.
