1st, the manual is written in typical "Chinglish", which is a little English , and a LOT of Chinese. 2nd, the legs and prop guards barely stay on, which means that they "snap on", but they barely hold together. the first flight resulted on a couple of the prop guards flying off while in the short 4 second flight, and the legs didn't stay on when it crashed to the ground from about 1 foot height. - I didn't want to glue them in place, so I used thin solder to hold them, thinking that the solder would break in the event of a serious crash, helping to cushion the bird some. I would seriously recommend buying a couple of spare batteries, as the flight time is seriously limited. I found an EBAY seller who sold 4 batteries and a 4 battery charger which uses a USB charger for about 18 bucks, giving me a total of 5 batteries. Be aware that the included charger is an EUROPEAN plug, so make sure that you get the adaptor so you can use the charger in the U.S., otherwise, you won't be able to use the drone until you get the battery charged. - A standard 5 vt. USB charger WILL NOT WORK on the battery as it is only a 3.7 vt. battery. The 4 battery USB charger has a built in regulator to prevent the battery from exploding when using a USB charger. The controls are referred to as different terms is different places in the manual, so you don't have any clue as to what they are trying do describe. There is absolutely NO description on how to calibrate the controller, other than "FLY SAFELY". Luckily, there are several YOUTUBE videos that are helpful in describing how to calibrate the controller. Google "V686G calibrate" before your first flight, otherwise, there's no telling where your drone is going to go. The camera produces some nice video, but I'm still trying to figure out why I sometimes get a picture, and, other times, I get video. Again, the manual is useless. It would be nice is these foreign companies hired an American to write the manual so Americans can understand them, but, I guess that makes me a raciest. All in all, it's a learning experience, and, I'd rather practice with a $90.00 drone than spend some serious money to practice.Read full review
