The instructions are misleading, to change the bulbs they said unscrew the bulb impossible you have remove several screws and also to fit the main hood you have to remove the ss frame which reveals the screw holes but the frame gets in the way because the bulb wires are still attached to the hood and I had to disconnect the bulb wires from the junction box,not very practical but delivery was great

Effective and good value
A cost-effective extractor which is easy to fit. Only issue is that the lights and surrounding housing get very hot, making it hazardous to operate the switches which are very close to the hot bulbs, and which are underneath and out of sight. Would have been better to mount the lights behind the extractor, rather than in front next to the switches ? Ok when used to, but need to look underneath to guide the fingers when operating, to avoid a mild burn.A cost-effective extractor which is easy to fit. It's OK for the price
This is what we were looking for to fit the design of our kitchen. Other branded ones were very expensive so we thought we would give it a try. Overall it's not too bad; the fan makes a noise but all fans do so that's not a big problem. There is no charcoal filter so it relies on being installed with external ventilation. There are two halogen bulbs, one of them was not working and we were promised a replacement when it would come back in stock but there is no sign of it after several months. The bulbs are a bit fiddly to remove. The filter comes out easily and can go in the dishwasher to keep it clean. Disappointing
The problem with this product is that they have changed it but not the installation instructions. They are very poorly produced anyway which adds to the confusion. They mention 4 screws when there are only two. The lights are clipped into the cover instead of being screwed so one can't remove the cover for installation and it has to dangle on the electrical wires. I won't continue.
