it looks cheap up close as the dials don't move, but does look really cool when it lights up. my 11yr old likes it. it takes getting used to it reads different than a normal watch. looks just like a dash cluster on car.

Time setting takes a bit of manipulation of the top and bottom buttons. Time display is as follows: Upper right display indicates hours. Middle /left display indicates PM time. Lower display is in 5 minute measurements with 1-4 center display added to indicate time. Watch may be set to display briefly at 5, 10, 15 or 30 minute intervals. Watch is not water resistant so before getting hands wet , watch should be removed from wrist. It tells the time and is a good inexpensive watch.

A little disappointed that the needles do not move. Also a bulb under the #1 doesn't work. The only way to see the time is to press the top button for 3 seconds. It turns right back off after a couple seconds. Other than that it's not bad.
