We participated in the Costco promo, where they had one on demo. After hearing the benefits, we thought it was a good idea. But $3K? Naw, we found this one on line and for $200? we figured we didn't have much to lose. Surprise, the quality was more superior than I imagined. It's quite a heavy machine. Well built. My galfriend has been using it for about 2 weeks now. She has lost 5 lbs. The first week was 4, the next week 1lb. For 3 days starting the 2nd wk she did as instruction manual stated "for weight loss do lower speeds". She didn't lose any weight, went to 150 and lost a lb. in next 3 days. Not as same quality as a highly expensive machine like a Powerplate in sense of fewer settings and less intensity on highest setting but a very good machine for home use and great value and highly versatile and effective. Am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to someone looking for a machine like this for their own home. Worth the buy for better health!
At the moment I am dealing with a muscle strain to my left leg & so I have not been able to use this machine yet. Once I get the Ok from the doctor that all is well I will be using this daily. I already put this together which was pretty simple to do, I am just looking at it for now until my leg is completely healed. I am really looking forward to using this product, I only gave it 4 stars because I have not been on it & used it yet do to my situation.
