The product arrived with something lose inside but it worked. It was easy to set up / configure. I got this for my smartTV to stream and it is not bad when I use it as an access point connecting the TV with this device using the ethernet ports but it does not work when I use the wireless feature from my TV or any of my wireless device to try and pick up the signal to get online.
