Didn’t know what to expect and tinnitus really is no fun but this does wonders for me. No, it did not completely remove the ringing (it would be unrealistic to expect that) but my awareness of it went from 100 percent to about 20 percent while laying in bed. I haven’t slept this well in a long time. I woke up a few times the first few times wearing it (but not once getting out of bed like my usual routine) thinking hmm, it’s raining, sounds nice, I think I’ll sleep more. At least two of those times I completely forgot I was wearing these things. They are very comfortable. When you put your head on the pillow you don’t feel any pressure. They definitely block external noise well. And they worked all night long never falling out. Alarm feature is cool. I didn’t really know what to expect but it’s Bose and spending money to even attempt to improve things was worth it but this meets and exceeds my expectations. I have no cons nor regrets buying these. These improve my wellbeing.Read full review

I'm not sure why Ebay isn't publishing my detailed review on these Bose SleepBuds. I wish I'd read others' reviews about what to expect before I'd bought mine. I think there are some serious considerations you have to make before you invest in them. The SleepBuds are light-weight so they don't hurt the ears as much as typical earbuds or a headset. The "wings" help keep them in the ear. And because the sound is directed into your ear canal with a protective semi-seal, there's good sound isolation. Surprisingly, you can still hear ambient alarms (even though, somehow, the high pitched screams of emergency vehicle sirens and the god-awful constant assault of railroad train horns are diminished). However, there are some major caveats. Since buying these and using them every day (about two weeks now), I've developed small sores in my ear canals from sleeping with these in. And within hours, my ears become hot and sweaty and itchy. As you'd expect from a piece of non-porous film over your skin, your ears can't breathe with the earplugs in. Very uncomfortable. I just don't know what to do. The discomfort has become so bad that over the past few nights I've been taking the earplugs out and staying up due to the noise. :( Another caveat is that as I toss and turn during the night, the earpieces fall out. But since these earplugs are so small and delicate, you have to worry about crushing them and damaging them. They're not cheap to replace. The wing tips keep them in stably while I'm up and about, but not at night when I'm lying down but moving around. I find I'm constantly checking their position according to the included Bose instructions (in slightly, twist back to "lock"). I've never made it through a night with them still in by morning. Sadly, I can't sleep with these anymore--which is when I need the most protection from noise. The Bose SleepBuds do, however, work well to block out ambient noise DURING THE DAY when you can take them out often so your ears can breathe. But so would much more affordable in-the-ear headphones. I desperately wanted these earplugs to work and would gladly pay much more for a comfortable, reliable noise-blocking solution ESPECIALLY at night. Until the discomfort issue is addressed, though, I can't recommend the SleepBuds.Read full review

My wife loves these Bose so much for sleeping that we bought a 2nd pair in case anything happens to the 1st. They’ve been discontinued so if someone you sleep with snores, but these now. I snore and my wife is sleeping like a baby because of these. She used them for 3 nights before having to charge them again. Very well designed and comfortable so the aren’t hitting the pillow. Definitely a 5 star product.

Needed to mask seasonal sounds of gale force winds as we live on the shore year round, plus every night c-pap noises from partner. They have never fallen out & they've never quit or run out of battery life before morning. I have not had an issue with them disconnecting from the app, or not playing the chosen sounds. I LOVE the private alarm option that only I can hear. I sleep with a very mushy pillow, so comfort has not been an issue even when side sleeping. At one point I had an issue with my left ear and couldn't use that bud. Since I sleep 90% of the time on my left side, that ear is in the pillow and not an issue as far as noise goes. In that case, just using the right bud alone did the trick perfectly! For my specific issues, these things are a god send.

Work really well. I live by a very busy road and when I use these I sleep really well. The different size ear pieces made sure the buds fit my ear perfectly. I wish there were more sounds on the app but I found a couple I like.
