If you don't love a good story about one of the founding fathers what is wrong with you? Darn it you need to listen to this cd. It will wake up your inner patriotism and make you appreciate all the blood, sweat and tears that were spilled for you, yes you!!!! Then after you are done loving this musical you can read the book which is amazing too by the way. This cd will grab your heart and make you an instant fan. If you do love history, well there is a little fudging here and there for the sake of a good musical flow but like I said read the book too and you will appreciate it even more. You say, "What? A rap musical set at the founding of our country sounds strange? All you have to do is listen and you will be hooked. It has an amazing mix of the old and the new. It is genius!

The discs themselves work great, perfect condition. But the condition of the case it came in was horrible, cracked and broken in 2 different spots. Pretty much broke and fell apart on me as I was unwrapping it, disappointed in that part. Other than that, I like the discs and the music.

I saw the play and loved it. Listening to this recording had me reliving the show again. In addition all the lyrics are included in the booklet so you can follow along if the rap is too fast to comprehend. The music is great from the first to last song. I really loved this show and would love to see it again. But having the record, is the next best thing to being there.
