Pops fast and a lot. 1 pound of popcorn per batch. The popcorn popper is perfect for movie night. Assembly only took about 20 minutes by myself I cleaned it really well and then did the first batch of popcorn within one hour of the machines arrival shipping direct from the company took two days! I use 2/3 cups canola oil 2 cups kernels and a tablespoon of flavacol. I also want to tell you it is very easy to clean.Pops fast and a lot. 1 pound of popcorn per batch. Almost Very Good
I bought a 16 oz. popper to use at the public library I work at. It arrived fast and was fairly easy to assemble but I think there was an error in the fabrication of the stand in relation to the power plug. We've used it two times. Once for a Saturday Movie Matinee for the kids and it popped just fine. The Second was for a Plaza Fair at the library, popping at least 18 pounds of popcorn to fill several hundred bags. The folks ate it up and we worked hard to keep up. The biggest problems with the unit are fixable by the engineers that produced the unit. I would recommend these changes: Expand the "old maids" cutouts and tray to encompass the entire base of the glassed-in area. That would save an awful lot of fluffing when bagging, especially when doing large amounts for sizable ... I bought a 16 oz. popper to use at the public library I work at. Finally, I would make the measuring containers fit the recommended ratios of kernels to oil. Not everyone is going to buy the pre-packaged kits for popping. Include a good recipe in the manual and make the measuring cups convenient to use. I know this is not a "commercial" unit, but with the 16 oz capacity, folks are buying it to approximate that need. A final note on the graphics on the stainless. I was washing the oil off the fold out piece under the doors and the graphics started to run. Probably best to eliminate graphics from that piece all together. It's a useful, functional piece. A REAL improvement would be devising an air popping upgrade to the machine. Contact me if you need more details. Just a caution to the buyer that the unit needs to be either regularly used or regularly cleaned. Regular use will minimize the possibility of rancid oil smell from sitting. I'd suggest having a shop vac handy and get the oil and kernels thoroughly stirred before turning on the heat.

Fun & easy to use
This machine resides at a Senior Citizen Center and is used regularly. The people love it and the employees love the fact that it can be moved easily and cleaned with little effort. Follow the video directions and it's done. I believe this was a good investment for my money.

Popcorn...always so good
This popcorn popper Works real well for our events. We have movies monthly at a senior center. The fact that it makes 16 ounces instead of 8 ounces is a real Plus for this machine. I like the fact that there's also a five year warranty. This machine is very good for making popcorn for 30 to 100 people.
