This phone has many great options for the elderly. Speakerphone is pretty good too. Being an elder, I find this phone easy to use. After several years, the display started fading so, I requested the same one again. I'm pleased with this phone. Easy to order thru eBay too. My dial Delight.

The instructions are complicated: 24 of them to describe "Telephone operation", 8 plus a half dozen more "Answering system operation". And an insert with 3 more. Caller ID history is useful. "Answering system operation" starts with instruction number 3. - but nothing about 1. and 2. I'll have to "refer to the online user's manual for a full set of instructions" to understand this phone.
