This doll is definitely for the adult collector with her quiet elegance. The costume of black and white, is well done in it's simplicity ... compared to most Barbies, which usually are much too frilly and drown in ruffles. She also has a lovely pale face, with a focal-point of full, cherry-red lips. If you like sophistication, you will like this Barbie. One of the more tasteful Barbie dolls that were created in the 1990's, a rare occasion back then, in my opinion.
