I first must say I bought my first New Hasselblad outfit from a camera store when I was 20 years old. In the past 36 years I still think this is the best camera system ever. I love the EL/M and how easy it is to shoot without having to crank the camera after each shot. I just wish you could get 220 film to get 24 shots per roll but its not being made. The 120 rolls only have 12 shots per roll but I load a few magazines or Backs so I am ready to go .. Shooting film is not cheap like shooting digital and you need to be very selective when you push the trigger. But I feel this is great training for photographers who shoot 125 or more photos and pick the best later. Now the Hasselblad cameras are heavy but the weight is part of why this is the camera system for you. Made to last and really built to a very high standard that you don't see anymore. The Hasselblads are selling for as much as 80% to 85% off of New prices so jump in and try a EL/M! Or any other Hasselblad model.Read full review

This adapter is the most cost-effective answer I could find for the EL-series' batteries. It fits perfectly, and the camera fired right up the first time. I don't use the EL that often, but haven't run out of battery yet, so a standard 9V alkaline seems to be adequate to the task. Highly recommended!
