I have had an interest in pickling and canning for some time. This book helped me take that interest to a whole new level. I pickled, eggs, beans, gizzards, beets, and peppers. Also processed and froze tomatoes. Looking forward to using many of the baking recipes in the book. Have read many, and they sound great. I would highly recommend this book to anyone.
