Digitally remastered edition of the British Rock quartet's fourth studio album, originally released in 1971. Although the album was untitled, it is commonly referred to as LED ZEPPELIN IV. Produced by guitarist Jimmy Page, it was recorded between December 1970 and March 1971 at several locations, most prominently the Victorian house Headley Grange. The album features many stone cold classics including 'Black Dog', 'Rock And Roll' and 'Stairway to Heaven'. in 1968, John Bonham, John Paul Jones, Jimmy Page and Robert Plant formed Led Zeppelin, one of the most influential, innovative and successful groups in modern music. The band has sold more than 300 million albums worldwide with a celebrated catalog.

Awesome Sound Quality... Bad Companion LP
This remastered version sounds so much better than the original. I own an original pressing and this blows it out of the water. The Companion LP less so. It is nice to here the different version the songs we all know and love, but there was quality control issues. It skips forward terribly on a few songs on both sides. I had to adjust my tracking force to the point where the cartridge was almost touching the LP. I read this on a few online forums. Good for collecting but less so for playing.
