This modular has some unique history as it was the only Modular building marketed under the Factory Title, and designed by a LEGO fan and not a designer. As such sometimes this modular isn't considered part of the modular line. The modular buildings started with no interior designs to keep the price point, and it wasn't until the success of the the line when interiors started to be included starting with the Green Grocer, albeit only on the 1st floor and small builds like a radiator and Grandfather clock. The Fire Brigade was the first Modular with interior builds on every floor. Market Street was designed to be fully modular as you can place the floors in any direction, and was hoped LEGO fans would design their own interior. As far as details yes the lack of interior builds is missing but the build it self has some very unique build techniques, spiral staircase for one, and basement. I would highly recommend this Modular to anyone who wants to collect the whole line. Although its place along the other Modular builds is questionable at bestRead full review

This is a waste of time (and money). It has no interior features. In other words, no kitchen, no bed no bathroom no chair, desk or anything else. It's all empty space going to nowhere. There's a chair on the roof deck but there is no reason to be there. There are no features inside the building. Blah.
