I absolutely love the shelving they sell. You do have to pay attention to the little plastic shelf holders that the shelves slide down onto. You HAVE to make sure the arrows are both pointing up. Then place onto the pole above where you want them to be, but just one line above. Snap together around the pole, slide down until there is a little "click". They should be set. Once all 4 are on, then slide shelf down the poles, place so that all 4 corners go onto the plastic pieces at the same time and gently push down all 4 at the same time. Once you get the hang of it, they go together super fast and are VERY sturdy. The wheels are of great quality. Love, love, love them. I now have 5 of these units.

Badly built!!! -- 3 shelves were defective but useable: a few of the welds on the short cross wires arrived broken. The long wires weren't straight on any, but I don't think that affects function much if any. Stingy on the support wires, would benefit greatly with more added, or use thicker ones. I'm sure that if I were to put 40--50lbs on a shelf it would sag soon. The poles are fine, the casters are cheapies but will do. Easy assembly. I gave it 3 stars because it serves my purpose and the price was right... around $60 including shipping. Hard to say if it is a good value... to get a set of worthy shelves in this style would be more expensive.

This was a lot sturdier then I thought it would be, it's great for organising the garage and I just ordered 2 more for basement. It also arrived in just a few days. It holds much more weight then I thought it would as well,I have 3 boat batteries on the bottom shelf so they can all be charged. It didn't even bow the shelf, plus there's other things on just that one shelf. So I'm very pleased I also love the black in stead of chrome. The only thing that would make these better is if they had some kind of a back to the shelves so things don't fall off of the shelf when moving it. Again that's just a little thing that's not that big of a deal.

I bought two of these racks and liked them so much I bought a third shortly after. Solid, rugged and well made, my only quibble with them is the little two-piece plastic locking brackets used to adjust the height of the shelves: they're a bit tricky and tend to slide out of position easily until you get the shelf firmly seated on them. Once in place, though, they hold quite well. I don't know exactly how much weight I have on them, but it's several hundred pounds each and they seem to handle it fine. On two of the three shelves I bought, I needed to lower the overall height of the entire unit, which was easily accomplished with a small hacksaw and cutting the posts at one of the indentions. Simply saw about halfway and then you can break them cleanly.

i love this storage shelf. it is of commercial quality. it looks really good. it has no sharp edges, all the edges are smooth. very very very easy to assemble. the price is very inexpensive for the quality. i looked at one of the do it yourself stores and the same sized unit was twice the price. the delivery was very fast also. no regrets about this purchase.
