Although I have yet to test its 3D capability, I am very pleased with this player so far. It is simple to use, with an easy user interface. My favorite thing about this player is that I can set the 16:9 output so that my Panasonic projector will not stretch out a movie that is in 3:4 format. I was never able to do that with my old DVD Blu-ray player. I always had to view old movies stretched to fit my HD screen. Movies load much quicker with this player as well, which is a nice bonus. Reduced waiting time for the picture to appear on the screen. The design of the player is beautiful. Though some may not like that it doesn't have the same profile as their other components. Not a problem for me.

Always like when machines say "hello" and "bye" to you. In between the performance is top notch. Tray opens quickly and menus are there to begin the show. Good looking when not in use with silver top and diagonal sides. Hard to wrong with "Panasonic" equipment. 3D movies like "harold and kumar's 3D Christmas" look excellent. This is a good one.

This unit up scales 4K great. Looks good on my Seiki 4K and Video is smooth as silk. Just a cheap HDMI Cable is all you need. I have not had it for long, I hope it lasts. it does get warm on the right front when playing. But it does play very well. For the cost $90.00 it has a bunch of built in programs.
