This is my first full-function tablet. The screen and camera are excellent. It even has GPS to locate yourself. Lots of downloadable apps that I don't need, some I do need. The only drawback would be the lack of a USB port. But, even then, there's a workaround using adapters. For the price I paid for this unit on Ebay, I feel I got a very good deal on a very good unit.

Battery life is short. I have to keep it plugged in when I use it. I had to purchase the charging cable and it was difficult to find.

I bought this tablet to have a portable device to carry information for my classes and eventually some movies or internet access to browse things of work, studies and leisure. The one big disadvantage of this tablet is that it will only work with connection to a wifi network. Another minor issue would be that it is a bit slow to register what you are typing into the on screen keyboard. However I am very happy with the performance overall. Very good screen resolution, very solid internet connection, till this day it hasn't left me hanging. Lots of customization. Incredible battery life. Stylus is very handy. Super portable. Camera has very good resolution for the size although it struggles at night, but then again its not a professional camera. Very similar in use to a PC and would totally recommend it to pc users. Great value for moneyRead full review
I charged it last night, and have been using it on and off all day - still has about 68%. I also own the Original Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and it felt more durable in comparison, but this one is very light weight. I also like the fact that I can put in an external micro SD Card. This was a MUST for my next tablet. The built in S Pen is a nice added feature. This way I don't have to get my finger prints on it, or go looking around the house for a stylus. I haven't taken any pictures with it yet, but the video quality is pretty good.
I bought the Samsung because I am tired of Apple abusing their customers. I had the iPad 2 and many features that I had to buy in the Apple app store, the Galaxy already has. The galaxy is a little slower than the iPad and the interface takes some getting used to... but overall I prefer it to the iPad. The ability to have multiple windows and apps open at the same time is great...and the note taking application rocks!
