I have owned too many blu-tooth headphones and earpieces to even count anymore. Some good, some awful. This one from moto-r is among the better that I have had. It can be a little difficult to get on and fitted correctly (everytime worn) and the on/off button not real friendly, but over-all the device is well worth the under 50 price tag. Once on, the sound is better than average. It charges fast with a mediocre life of about 5 hours. The comfort level over several hours is also impressive for something sticking in your ear.

The build is decent quality, buttons are non intuitive and in odd locations . Hard to feel the buttons , I typically have to take them off to adjust volume. And they aren't very comfortable to wear. Ok to use if you are stationary or on an elliptical but I can't see running with these on at all. The sound quality is a 5/10, bass is weak . Tone controls fairly useless. I would not buy these again but they are worth the $29 I paid. I'd be returning them if I paid over $50.

This is my first wireless headset and I'm not very impressed. Bass response and overall sound quality is pretty low. In that aspect I would compare them to a $5 pair of standard wired ear buds. When your having trouble pairing the headset there is a really annoying person talking to you every 30 seconds telling you how to pair in a pretty bad English accent. I made a couple of phone calls with this headset on in a few different environments and never had any complaints about not being able to hear me clearly, and with voice coming from both sides, I've had no trouble hearing the conversation. The buttons are not in good places... Volume you have to push forward against your ear, same with the power button. The only one that is in a good place is the multi-function. As for comfort... Not as comfortable as I would have imagined. I wear glasses, and these simple are not comfortable while I'm wearing my glasses. I'm used to wearing single ear bluetooth headsets as I have to every day for work, and have never had a similar issue with glasses. This headset the ear loop is too high and you can even extend it further by about 1/2" and the upright being solid and not flexible hits my glasses and is just no good. Though these are pretty heavy as I had expected with the long battery life, they seem to be well balanced so the weight of them never seems to pose any issue. They stay in place while running or biking, and easy to take off and put on if you have to talk to someone quick. They don't sit around your neck well at all, for that they are too tight and sit too high. I would recommend these to someone who doesn't mind low sound quality, but enjoys high volume and long battery life. Someone who does not wear glasses or sunglasses. I wear single ear bluetooth headsets daily and have very often used wired ear bud headphones. This is my first wireless stereo headset so please take that into consideration. I'll give this a 4/5, it works good and the battery life is excellent, but there are quite a few places where Motorola could improve this product.Read full review
I've had two Motorola S10's. They were good but each only lasted about four years using them in the gym about 6 hours a week. I don't know if the S11 will last longer, but with the adjustable band, it fits very comfortably. The sound is at least as good as its predecessor, and maybe a little better. The controls seem to be a little difficult to find and feel. All in all this is a good product if you can find it for $50 or less.

I have had S9's, S9HD's and now S11's. I have to say I loved the fit and the ease of use of the original S9's but the sound was lacking in some respect. The S11's are a huge leap in sound quality and provide more adjust-ability in how they fit your head. Also, the battery monitoring you hear at start-up (can be turned off if desired) is huge benefit.. I cant count the number of times I would be in middle of a workout or bike ride and the battery would die on me - not that it didnt last long, I just would use them for a 2 weeks and forget to charge - now you know each time and can monitor it closely - I get about 5 hrs of play time. Plenty for me. Buy these and you will be very happy.
