I did a lot of research on these and talked to Swarovski. The 34110 models have the same glass in them as a 2016 pair. The 2016 pair just has a couple non lens details that are changed. I was willing to forgo that for a huge discount. They came brand new in the box and I could tell they had not been used. As soon as I received them I called and verified the serial number with Swarovski and registered over the phone. Thanks for the binoculars. I replaced them with 16 year old 12x42 Steiner's. Definitely a HUGE upgrade!

I've owned numerous brands of binoculars - Swift being the best. However the images I see through the Swarovski are far superior. It is not light weight. However, the quality of the binoculars makes the little bit of extra weight well worth it. It has a life time warranty. One of the Swarovski reps was in town. One of my bottom lens covers broke off. He gave me a new one and even put it on for me. This will be the last pair of binoculars I buy.

I am a professional hunting outfitter. I have used every top shelf binocular available today ( zeiss, leica, nikon, leupold, brunton, bushnell, steiner). The Swarovski brand is second to none. I have a pair that has served me in the field for 14 years. At 14 years old the optics are better than the competition's new products. I have finally upgraded to these new 10x42's. A more compact design than before but every bit as good. If light transmission is essential you will be pleased. The price is a major drawback. These are not an inexpensive investment. I spend as much as three hours each day looking thru field glasses and can justify the cost. If you are looking to invest less money and get a quality product I would look at a pair of Zeiss Conquest. Both companies stand behind the products for life. Happy hunting.Read full review
Top of the line all the features you would expect from Swarovski the only down fall is the price, but if you are looking for high end these are the bino's

They are the best and clearest glass I have ever known. I own both Zeiss 10X42s and Leica 8X42s and these beat them hands down. I cant Waite to use them in the field. I have a pair of Swarovski 8X42s also and they are great also. I just wanted to carry one piece of equipment instead of a range finder and binos. I used the 8X 42 Swarovski the most before the now range finder binos.
