A name brand product with name brand performance. Pure Excellence.

This is the best subwoofer I've ever owned. I've had many sets of 10s before and one other pioneer W3002D2. The Pioneer stuff is good for the price but Alpine is a whole step up from them.
This sub has a beautiful sound. Balanced, steady, deep, throbbing, gosh. I don't know where I can go from here. I've flipped subs and amps for a year now and I've finally found something that I can just bump and be happy with for a long time. It doesn't need a big box and with only 500 clean RMS (which is really quite a lot but less than I'm used to) watts it can perform as well as my 2 pioneer W260D4s on the full 1000 RMS my mono block amp can push. (I measure my watts with a multimeter.)

Awesome subwoofers!!

Really good quality speakers at a great price. They pound like there suppose too. I have mine paired to the alpine mix-m240 with 0 gauge wire and they hang with that amp all day.

Amazing speaker

This speaker rocks! It sounds great all all volumes. Even very low levels and for a super loud speaker thats pretty amazing. I just bought one woofer and was worried that it wouldn't be enough but I had to dial it back a few notches because it was just too much. I'm using a generic sub box ported and it's performing way better than expected. I always wanted one and now have it. Never been happier. Thanks Alpine! Voice coil problems

Might have got a defective unit but the voice coil blew. Was tuned properly in a custom box made just for the setup. Was properly broke in as well.
