Sadly, there is only one Dog Tarot in print, to my knowledge anyway. This one starts off with a cute, if incomplete, major "Barkana" of 18 cards, which attempts to look at the world of tarot from a dog's point of view. The majors are very creatively titled and have an amusing, if blatantly fabricated, pseudo-history. The majors abruptly stop at "Justice", which is disappointing and lends a feeling that the creator got bored, lazy or interested in a different project. This is not a tarot for people; it's a tarot for dogs and dog owners. The minor "Barkana" is uninspired and incomplete, with only three cards per suit; the one (ace), the three and the seven. Anyone who is experienced with tarot, and has dogs, might find this deck more than a little frustrating to use. There are numerous complete tarots about animals, cats, and even rats. I would expect to find this deck at a pet store, and not for anyone seriously interested in the tarot. However, for clients who have dogs, this might be a fun deck to use for light readings. I wouldn't use it for anything serious, and not without a complete tarot deck to back up the readings.Read full review

These are so stinking cute! I absolutely love them. I haven't read with them yet. The cards are well made and the card stock is excellent. The cards shuffle like a dream and they come in a sturdy 2 part box with a nice guidebook as well. I do recommend these for dog and animal lovers.

Great fun. Good for an amusing time and it might just bring you closer to your dog. Brings some lightness in to the complex world of tarot.
