Beautifully printed cards featuring details of Gustav Klimt's painting. If you're a Klimt fan, you'll love the cards, if your a taromancer, you'll find the cards pleasing to read with. The print quality is top notch, cards are playing card thickness, not super thick, but sturdy and easy to shuffle. Lo Scarabeo always does an excellent print job, so no scrimping here. The gilt on the face of each card is well affixed. No gilt on the backs. LS also makes a habit of printing each card's title in four languages. Some dislike that feature, it doesn't bother me, in fact, I feel it lends a little something to the print. I avoided buying these cards at first because I'm a Klimt "purist" who appreciates (and knows) the original works. But I'm finding that the detail images chosen are meaningful and rich, and I wonder of Gustav himself would not approve, even if some of the detail images are not necessarily tarot-ready. That said, I find that the images add a unique layer of meaning to each reading, making me very glad I've got this deck.Read full review

The Klimt Tarot is by far one of the most beautiful tarot decks ever made. The transition from Gustav's supremely fabulous works of art to the 78 card tarot deck is masterful and worthy of much praise. Whether used for divination or artful placement, this deck is a feast for the eyes, real eye candy.
