This is a crappy self-help book and mini deck of cards that are smaller than a deck of regular playing cards. What a waste of time and money! The authors of the book admit they dislike Crowley, and it shows. For starters, they recommend ignoring everything printed on the cards. The meanings they give in the book don't say anything, except bad pop-psychology advice at most. This book has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual meanings of the cards, or anything to do with tarot for that matter. Do yourself a favor and go buy the actual deck of whatever size you prefer (I immediately threw this set in a bag meant for donation at my local thrift shop, and ordered a large size real deck from here.) and either use the little booklet with the spread and meanings included with the deck, or look for one of the several GOOD books written by Crowley, or people who at least attempt to describe the symbolism and meanings of the cards.Read full review
