Although the ad says 1.4L, the fill line only allows a max of 1 liter of solution. If a larger item is placed in tank, the net displacement must be subtracted from 1L max. I have used mine so far to clean glasses, jewelry, my razor handle and a carburetor from a snow blower. The only drawback I have found so far is the lack of pour or drain. You must dump the solution quickly to avoid it dribbling down the side of the unit then rinse a few times to get the sediment out. The basket per instruction will cause longer cleaning times since it absorbs some of the sonic energy and diminishes cleaning.

Much more noise than expected. Could hear it across the home and not much noticeable vibration for the amount of noise. Was not impressed with the cleaning of the tarnished jewelry. After multiple 30 minute sessions using a jewelry cleaning solution, the jewelry still did not come completely clean. For the size & appearance, expected better results but for the price, you usually get what you pay for.

I bought this brand because of the long duration timer. Others had up to 8 minutes of time while this one 30 minutes. Also the larger basket allows me to save time by putting more in the basin. Quick tip, don't use a scrub pad even a plastic one as it can cause micro abrasions.

The cleaner worked really well at getting my wife's jewelry clean. We did use a solution with it which made it work better than just using water. Good value for the money.

Many home cleaners are too small for large framed glasses. The extra size of this unit and the extra power provide excellent cleaning performance. It is very easy and straight forward to operate.
