Battery life is not what is rather limited...Maybe 3 hours if online.. reading e-books or txt files or playing music i get maybe 4.5 hours. I am sure could be extended by changing a few settings like dimming the screen turning off wifi but i like to be able to see whats going on and know if i get a mail. Keyboard is small.. very easy to hit wrong key and end up typing over a pervious line. You must pay attention to where you are at or you need to go back and re-type what was typed. Its a pain. Screen res is good very sharp and clean. At times there is a significant lag time while typing... Again have to pay attention. Product seems solidly built I am a little concerned about about the durability of the hinge. That being said, my Nephew has this item for about 2 yrs and has not had any issues. 32 gb sd card is a must as well as a couple USB flash drives to have on hand for saving files. 4 starsRead full review

It's a perfect size & the battery life seems ok. It is, however, very slow in loading anything from the web & the apps don't open as fast as they should. Other than that it's pretty good.

This tablet is working very well. At first I thought it was crappy as far as the wifi is concerned. But I had downloaded a program to act as a firewall, once I deleted this program, no more issues. I have my frustrations with Android. It is still not a very complete operating system. Next time I will buy the same brand but with Win 10 installed.

I needed an android tablet to run some work related apps and looked at several types with reviews. The RCA Viking Pro I purchased was refurbished and listed at a very low price. I have had the item for several weeks and it works great. Apps from Google Play have all installed and worked flawlessly. Prints well with HP app. It syncs well with all my phone calendar events, photos from phone and google, and is very easy to use. It has a nice USB port for transferring data or photos (using file manager as it does not work linking to a computer via a usb cable). The screen is clear and bright for the price, touch screen feature flawless. The keyboard is a necessary feature for me as I hate typing on the screen. Both the tablet and the keyboard are built well and I added a $12 protective cover to help prevent dings or scratches. Overall, I would very much recommend this item. It is the Android 6.0 Marshmallow version and is no more sluggish than my phone running multiple apps.
