The pad itself is great, but the pen seems little cheap and thinner compared to the earlier model that I have purchased. I don't think these pens are interchangeable. I have tried using the other tablet pen and it didn't work with this tablet. All and all its a good product and like how they modified the USB cable wire coming out from the side and not straight out. I hope this would cause less stress on the wire and port, in which this why I had to get another one. hard on the USB power port.

Like everything new, you need to get used to it. However, it mimics real-life methods of art like sketching and painting. I think it's a cool and a cheap way to experiment with different mediums without actually going out and buying every single one in real life. Sure its not the EXACT thing but it is cool to experiment with.

This is a gift for a friend, although I have had this tablet before, and it is much easier than drawing with a mouse, and a lot more features definitely. Great tablet for a someone who is just starting on digital art, but if you want to get a little easier and you don't mind spending a bit more, I suggest buying a larger sized tablet instead of this.
