Being a big fan of Jean-Claude Van Damme I bought this movie expecting so much head busting Martial Arts action, but it failed...... It was more of a Thriller/Drama movie with 95% of the action coming from guns and flying bullets instead. The story and plot was good but it left soooo much to be desired as if it was only the rough draft of what it could've been. Van Damme is an action martial arts movie star with a great smile and body. So obviously Van Damme's character in this movie felt so akward and Van Damme's acting seemed to fall apart...If youre a big time fan of Van Damme because of his martial arts, rent it. If youre into dark gloomy narc movies then give it a shot, you might like it.

Van Damme needs a big change, his work is ok, but i know he can do better movies. So Jean Claude, keep working.
