Incredible band and dvd!
I'm not going to over intellectualize here. I'm just going to say that bands that keep you guessing for about 90% of the time are rare indeed. When I first started listening to fusion jazz some years ago, I had no idea where they were going, but listen enough and one figures it out. The brilliance of King Crimson equals the brilliance of Miles Davis on Bitch's Brew, On The Corner and other music. It also equals the brilliance of Frank Zappa's "less accessible" work. The music sounds interesting, grabs you and takes you on a journey to you don't know where. This makes it a challenge to listen to, not only on their live dvd's, but their albums other than the first couple...which I love also, despite the fact that they are not as challenging musically. One knows where the melodies are going. I say go out and buy this one!Read full review

awesome dvd!!!
great dvd, im a big tool fan and king crimsson is a big influence on them. the dvd is interactive, it doesnt play the same way each time. it has improvisational sections that are incredible. greaty dvd
