Polyrhythmic experimentation meets extreme metal with a GROOVE...I dig this stuff! Probably not for everyone (obviously), but undeniably a milestone progression in the genre. Not for the faint at heart, but certainly for the technical. Mindbending work from some phenomenal musicians, arguably FOR musicians, but also for metalheads in general. KOLOSS is a peak in the band's catalog. Highlights on the album include "Do Not Look Down", "Break Those Bones Whose Sinews Gave It Motion", and "Demiurge" with great moments between and throughout. The production quality on this album is top notch, and if you have the opportunity to catch them LIVE, you'll be even more amazed with what they're able to pull off on stage. Give it a shot.

This is the sorriest CD I have ever purchased, this band does not live up to their hype. If you want to hear great music of this type, I suggest Amon Amarth, they are a 100 times better.
