I have some of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra on my TV around Christmastime a couple of years ago. I heard Christmas Eve Sarajevo 12/24, Christmas Canon, Wizards In Winter this Christmas, when I found this Christmas collection, I decided to add this to my Christmas collection, when I started to listen to this collection, this music was really good. I will listen to the 3 CDs at Christmastime every year, I haven't seen the DVD yet? I will definitely watch the DVD around Christmastime. Any fans who love this Christmas music, you will be satisfied.

A new relationship and a First Christmas together deserves an everlasting memory and going to see The Trans-Siberian Orchestra in person is one of those memories. This CD set is something that gives goose-bumps every time it's played. It's February, there's snow on the ground, and I'm still playing Christmas music. The Live Concert gave us those bumps and this CD brings those memories back. For anyone not familiar with TSO... spend the money and enjoy a thrilling concert. The music was great and the light show was fantastic. TSO even hires local musicians to back them up. My only regret is not having front row seats but that mistake will be corrected next year and for many years following. Our little group of two has already expanded to many friends and relatives to share next year. A very MERRY CHRISTMAS it was... with many more to come. In the meantime, enjoy the CD set and all that it offers. It was money well worth spending and will last forever (as will the memories.)Read full review

The best of all the classic christmas tunes played loud and bold but with so much emotion and feeling that you can feel the importance of each note combined with the most awesome storytelling rock/opera performance in years. It will awaken your very soul and bring you to your feet and make you feel as though you can soar above the crowds to the very ends of the earth and gently return you to the comfort of your couch, wrapped in a familiar throw by the fire with your favorite cup of international coffee, with a feeling of total peace and a renewed sense of hope and believe that just maybe a little Christmas magic may still exist and not all of mankind has been lost!!!
After following TSO for 7 years, I can say that they perform THE most energetic,amazing and versatile show that I have ever seen......It is hard to imagine that much talent together on one stage. The variety from hard rock,jazz,classical,and lyrical Christmas is unrivaled. Seeing them in person is a surreal experience with the music, the lasers, & the special effects. A beautiful story is cleverly woven into the program,as is on the cds. To miss them is to lose out on a never to be forgotten performance; for they truly enrich the lives that they touch. To have never heard them....I cannot imagine, they are as much a part of MY holiday season as Christmas morning. They embody the meaning of Christmas!
