This might be Helloween's best album, which also makes this one of the best albums of the genre. The entire power metal movement owes a big debt to Helloween, which kick-started the genre with Walls of Jericho, but popularized it with Keeper part 1 when Michael Kiske came on board to show the world how songs such as these were meant to be sung. Whether part 1 or part 2 is your favourite, both of the Keeper-albums that Helloween produced are classics and should be in any metal fan's collection. Now with new bonus tracks, which makes it an essential purchase.
This is a lost classic metal album. The concept is very loose but, the music is inspired. If you like Queensryche or Iron Maiden, Helloween is what happens when you slam them together...get ready to strap on your air guitar. The song "Halloween" would be perfect for Guitar Hero.
