This release marked a high point of the band’s career, that would unfortunately be their undoing. After this , there was a change in direction musically to stay relevant in a new decade. With addition of Pineda and Rhino on guitars, and the loss of Erik Brann, there was a radical shift, and too many different musical influences, that would be the band’s demise. This is a high water mark for them, and the way we should all remember them : who they were and the time in which they existed. That’s what makes it all perfect. If it had ended here, no one would have complained, as it is a high water mark for them.
