Pulley system works great but doesn't give enough of a workout like I was expecting. Does add a nice addition to older total gyms for a extra exercise or two.

I love the Total Gym!!!! I wanted to get in shape but I also needed something low impact because I recently had my second knee surgery. I was advised the Total Gym would be a great product for my exercise, strength training, and stretching needed for my knee. I love that it is easy to use, and folds up out of the way. I have used the Gazelle for exercise in the past but I feel the Total Gym is the whole package and does so much more.
Very easy to set up right out of the box. Simple and easy to use. There are so many workouts that you can do on this machine. Full body workout.
