great stick definition and one of the few actual crash able rides, great value for a multi purpose 20"
I own many sabian products and play them religiously. I had been searching for a ride that had the holy trinity of things I look for in a "perfect" ride and this one comes pretty close or at least closer than any other twenty inch ride I have had. This ride has great stick definition with just the right amount of under tones to provide more than one voice for multiple musical situations. Secondly this ride has a great bell. Keeping in mind that this is a relatively thin ride and won't have as much of a cutting bell as a thicker ride, this one still manages to have a good sounding bell. Lastly the biggest thing I noticed was that this ride is truly crash able! Very few rides can claim this and the legacy 20 ride definitely delivers. I would compare the sound of crashing on this ride almost to the sound of a 18 or 19 hhx extreme crash. Very nice piece sabian has created here.Read full review
